SALES POLICY

At Fed To Wolves, our customers’ satisfaction is our top priority and we believe that all our customers will be more than satisfied with our products.

Our Sales Policy is based on our production of one-of-a-kind, hand-crafted pieces. As each piece is unique, it is impossible to replace it with a duplicate. Leather, by its very nature, begins to patina as soon as it is handled, so once a leather accessory is purchased by a customer, we can no longer re-sell it to another customer as unused.

Before placing an order for one of our ready-made items, we ask that our customers view, and accept, our Sales Policy which states that all sales are final and non-refundable. During our bespoke production process, our customers will have a chance to review and confirm their order before payment is processed. After payment is processed, no changes can be made to the bespoke order and the sale is considered final and non-refundable.

SHIPPING POLICY

Fed To Wolves Leather is proud to offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping and tracking for our customers that reside within the United States. While USPS generally delivers Priority Mail within 1 to 3 business days, we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive within that time frame.

We ask that our international customers contact us before placing an order so that we can provide accurate information about shipping costs, transit times, and any relevant customs information.
